The room had a microwave oven, fridge, and dining area. I was pleasantly surprised by the full kitchen. the staff was genuinely helpful and resolved all our issues. the location is in a safe and unbeatable area. 🤗

Convenient Location and Spacious Room

I loved how close this place was to La Cantera, I10, and the Shops. the room was really big and had a cool modern vibe. It was awesome to have a microwave, refrigerator, and even kitchenware at our disposal. the staff here were super friendly and always available, whether it was day or night. 😊

the hotel staff were very approachable with complimentary coffee and cakes available round the clock. We appreciated the very clean and spacious rooms with access to free cable channels. Guests also enjoy fully outfitted apartments for longer stays.

One guest reported car damage caused by a tow truck where cameras' position couldn't provide helpful information. Despite the guest's disappointment with the manager's response, the hotel was nevertheless discernibly clean and tidy.

The rooms were spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All necessary amenities were provided. Convenient location near attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options. Clean and secure facilities, with a pleasant courtyard. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great value for money and easily accessible to a variety of destinations. Similar to an apartment with a separate living area for maximum comfort.

Difficult to get in touch with staff initially and the couch was quite hard. Upstairs neighbors were a little noisy, making it difficult to sleep at times.

My recent stay at Waterwalk San Antonio At The Rim was fantastic. The location was ideal, being within walking distance to popular attractions like Andretti's and Top Golf. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The front desk service was also top-notch, providing excellent assistance throughout my stay.

I loved the cleanliness and spaciousness of the hotel rooms. The fact that each room had its own bathroom made it so much more convenient. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the morning cakes and complimentary coffee were a great touch. Another great thing was the hotel's location - it was just a short uber ride away from The Shops at La Cantera, where I enjoyed some amazing dining and shopping experiences. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
